Frequently Asked Questions

How do I return merchandise?

Prior to any product returns, a Return Authorization Number must be obtained through our customer service department by calling 1-800-274-6815. Clean and unused merchandise in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of date of receipt to avoid restocking fees. In-stock merchandise returned after 30 days of receipt carry a 20% restocking fee. No returns are accepted on sale items, special, COD or custom orders. Defective merchandise may be returned subject to manufacturer's or Reliable Racing Supply's warranty. Reliable Racing Supply reserves the right to inspect all returns for warranty determination. Shipping and handling charges will only be refunded when due to our shipping errors or manufacturer's defect.

How do I file a claim for merchandise damaged in transit?

The buyer is responsible to examine packages for any damage, loss or shortage and to note any discrepancies on the bill of lading BEFORE SIGNING. Buyer must file a freight claim with the carrier involved. Claims for missing items must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Reliable Golf Supplies cannot be responsible for items lost, damaged or delayed in shipping.

How do I send computer generated artwork?

We are a Mac-based house and currently accept files generated in Macintosh-based Adobe Illustrator (version 3.0 or higher), QuarkXpress (version 3.0 or higher), and Adobe Photoshop (version 3.0 and higher). Acceptable media options are: 3.5" diskette, Iomega Zip, Imation Super Disk, or CD.

Where possible, convert all fonts to outlines (or paths, etc.). If this is not possible, be sure to provide both screen and printer versions of all fonts used in your document.

In all cases, provide ALL supporting TIFF and EPS images used in the document. Always send a copy of the file (never the original or only copy).

We can accept compressed files.

NOTE: Files submitted in formats outside of these requirements may still be acceptable, but are subject to review by our Art Department staff.

Please compress any/all larger files for best results. Images/logos/art that exceed 2MB after compression should be sent via regular mail.

What are your payment options?

Money orders, cashiers checks, personal checks and credit cards, are accepted by mail. Approved open account orders must be accompanied by a signed, hard copy purchase order. Mail payments to:
